Kaizer Chiefs to loan out three players of their promising midfield talents as the new season approaches. Under the leadership of new head coach Nasreddine Nabi, the club is making significant changes to their squad, focusing on both new signings and potential departures. Among the players who may be leaving on loan are Mduduzi Mdantsane, Sabelo Radebe, and Tebogo Potsane.
Chiefs Trio Linked with Loan Moves
45min can confirm Amakhosi midfielders Mduduzi Mdantsane and Sabelo Radebe have been linked with loan moves to other clubs in the DStv Premiership. Insider sources have revealed that Radebe is garnering interest from multiple teams, with Stellenbosch FC and AmaZulu FC at the forefront of the chase.
“Yes, the coach has made it clear that he wants to keep more young players in the team from this season, but for Sabelo (Radebe), there are teams who are interested in him. For now, it’s Stellenbosch FC and AmaZulu FC who have shown interest,” an insider told SoccerLaduma.
The 23-year-old Radebe, known for his versatility and creativity in the midfield, could benefit from regular game time at another club. This move aligns with Nabi’s strategy of developing young talent while ensuring they gain valuable first-team experience.

Similarly, Mduduzi Mdantsane’s future at Kaizer Chiefs seems uncertain. Despite his talent, Mdantsane has struggled to secure a consistent starting position, prompting the management to consider a loan move for him to regain form and confidence.
“As of now, things are not looking good for him. All signs are that he [Mdantsane] could be loaned out next season,” another insider reported to SNL.
Mdantsane, a former Cape Town City star, has shown flashes of brilliance but has not managed to cement his place in the starting eleven, making a loan move a practical option for all parties involved.

Additionally, Tebogo Potsane has attracted interest from Royal AM. However, the transfer ban currently imposed on Royal AM could complicate any potential move for the midfielder. Despite this hurdle, Chiefs are actively looking to loan out Potsane this season to ensure he gets more playing time.
“The way things are, Chiefs are looking at loaning Tebogo (Potsane) out this season, and Royal AM have shown interest. The only problem now is that they are still on that FIFA transfer ban,” explained the insider.
Strategic Decisions by Nabi
Coach Nasreddine Nabi faces the challenge of balancing the squad to compete at the highest level while also nurturing young talent. By loaning out players like Mdantsane, Radebe, and Potsane, he aims to ensure they develop further through regular playtime, which may not be guaranteed at Chiefs due to the depth of the squad.

These decisions come as part of a broader strategy by Nabi, who has already indicated his intention to keep a younger squad while also bringing in new signings to strengthen the team. As Chiefs prepare for the new season, the management’s strategic loan moves could provide the players with much-needed experience and benefit the club in the long run.
