Relebohile Mofokeng Orlando Pirates midfielder has addressed speculations about a move abroad, stating that any inquiries should be directed to Dr. Irvin Khoza.
Speaking after Pirates’ successful defense of their Nedbank Cup title against Mamelodi Sundowns in Mbombela, Relebohile Mofokeng talked to reporters for iDiski Times. The rising star, who scored the winning goal in the Ke Yona cup final, previously had trials with English Premiership team Wolverhampton Wanderers in October last year. Reports also link him with interest from Levante FC in Spain and Scottish giants Glasgow Rangers.

However, Relebohile Mofokeng insists that discussions about his future should involve the club’s chairman. “I’m focused on playing for Pirates. Any interest from overseas teams should go through the chairman,” said Mofokeng. Regarding his time with Wolves, he noted that while the facilities were different, football remains the same regardless of the league.
“Football is football – it doesn’t change whether you’re in the Premier League or the PSL,” said Mofokeng. “The only difference is the facilities, but everything else is the same.”
