Kaizer Chiefs continue their squad overhaul, announcing the departure of Kamohelo Mahlatsi as the ninth player to exit during this transfer window.
The 25-year-old midfielder, signed from Swallows FC at the beginning of the 2022/23 season on a three-year deal, struggled to secure a regular spot due to various factors, including injuries, managing only seven appearances last season.
Under the newly appointed coach Molefi Ntseki, he has yet to make an appearance this season.
Chiefs and Kamohelo Mahlatsi mutually agreed to part ways before the South African transfer window closes on September 22, 2023.
The versatile player, who can excel on either wing or in central midfield, will now seek a new club.
His standout performances with The Birds in the 2020/21 and 2021/22 seasons caught the attention of Amakhosi.
