Molefi Ntseki has provided a chiefs update which has officially ruled out Keagan Dolly’s participation. The decision pertains to the upcoming match against Royal AM this Saturday at 17:30.
The confirmation comes as Dolly continues to recover from a prolonged injury, severely affecting his fitness and resulting in weight gain, necessitating further improvement.
In another Chiefs update key players like Ranga Chivaviro, Nkosingphile Ngcobo, and Edmilson Dove, however, are fit and available for selection.
Dolly, Ngcobo, and Dove have faced challenges this season due to their recovery process from injuries and low fitness levels. They have struggled to showcase their prowess as a result.
Critics, especially ardent fans of Kaizer Chiefs FC, have been vocal about the team’s lack of depth and have urged the management to acquire additional wingers.
Analyst Makaota Masiu echoed these sentiments, emphasizing the need to strengthen the squad.
He advocated for signings such as Kobamelo Kodisang and Pule Mmodi. He cited their potential to challenge star players like Khama and Keagan Dolly for starting positions.
