Chivaviro played for Marumo Gallants in 2022–2023, and despite the team being demoted from the top level, Chivaviro had a successful season.

For the Limpopo-based club, he scored 17 goals in 30 games across all competitions, with 10 of them coming in the league.

The 30-year-old might, however, begin the 2023/2024 season in violation of PSL regulations.

He signed a one-year contract with an additional year’s option when he joined Gallants prior to the previous season.

Rushsportson, an upcoming media outlet, reports that the KZN-based team has brought the issue to the PSL Disciplinary Committee.

Should he be proven guilty of simultaneously signing multiple contracts, the striker from Limpopo might be suspended.

However, he is currently training with Chiefs to head the team’s offensive line in the 2018 season.
