Mamelodi Sundowns play host to Petro de Luanda in the return leg of the African Football League quarter-final at Loftus Versfeld Stadium on Tuesday.
Sundowns edged the Angolan giants 2-0 through efforts in the second half from Marcelo Allende and substitute Thapelo Maseko at a packed Estadio 11 de Novembro. The Brazilians are back playing on their own turf in almost a month after their second leg annihilation of Burundian outfit Bumamuru FC in the CAF Champions League second preliminary round.

This will be Petro’s second visit to Masandawana in two seasons and were victorious albeit on the away-goal rule when the two met in the CAF Champions League quarter-finals. Sundowns, who are yet to lose in open-play in all competitions this season, will enter the last four of the newly-formed Football League with any kind of stalemate as well as victory. Kick-off is at 19h00.
