Kaizer Chiefs closing in on Sibongiseni Mthethwa’s signing.
Kaizer Chiefs long term target is set for a move to Naturena after Kaizer Chiefs recent bid to acquire his servies,Sibongiseni Mthethwa has once again continued to get tongues wagging over his perfomances in the PSL.
His recent match against Orlando Pirates in the MTN8 got him the much needed spotlight after great Interceptions in Midfield the Destroyer known as the OX has been a diamond for Stellenbosch FC despite joining them for free.
Sibongiseni Mthethwa born in KZN is one of the PSL late bloomers and his career has moved into a positive light after just 2years with Stellies with all the big teams admiring his qualities.
Orlando Pirates were also keen admires for the Midfielder however their offer was deemed low by Stellenbosch FC as they rejected the offer believed to be around a margin of R6Million.
Stellenbosch FC are said to be looking at around R15Million in order to sell him as he is considered a key player by coach Steve Barker and with the transfer window about to close they don’t have enough time for a replacement.
Stellenbosch FC CEO Rob Bernardie has already confirmed that they have received an offer from Kaizer Chiefs for the services of OX though he did not want to divulge much sources from within reveal that the offer is tempting.
Siyethemba Sithebe is one of the players that might be used by Kaizer Chiefs to sweeten the deal as replacement for Mthethwa.
