Kaizer Chiefs will have to be extremely bold when they take the pitch at FNB Stadium on Saturday evening to face Mamelodi Sundowns. The game is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.
This is because they face a team that has proven to be unbeatable and enjoys hammering other major teams, particularly in their own backyard.
Furthermore, the Chiefs are coming off a disappointing loss to AmaZulu FC last weekend, which would have harmed their confidence a little.
In such conditions, a leader like Itumeleng Khune is required. The veteran Amakhosi goalkeeper has raised his hand to deflect criticism and protect his younger teammates.
"To be honest, football is a team sport," Khune stated this week.
