The triumphant transfer has been clouded by controversy as Pule Mmodi’s former agent, Solomon Seobe, emerges from the shadows with claims of foul play in the signing saga.

“I spoke to the president of the union, Salter Motloung,” Seobe says in an exclusive interview with SABC Sport. They’ve offered to obtain the official contract so that we can deal with facts rather than hearsay.
I am open to a settlement, but if that fails, I will pursue legal action against Pule Mmodi. My fee will be deducted from his pocket.” It is a statement that emphasizes the gravity of the situation and the principles at stake.
Seobe doesn’t mince words when dissecting the timeline of events. “We all know PSL contracts come into effect on the 1st of July and he signed for Chiefs in June.
“They were waiting for the Golden Arrows contract to expire in order for the Chiefs contract to take effect,” Seobe claims, peeling back the layers of the puzzle.
He laments the deception he believes he was subjected to, revealing that Mmodi was not the lone figure he portrayed himself to be, casting doubt on the genuineness of his intentions.

“I’ve been waiting for Pule to show me his contract and he has been saying he will give it (copy) to me when he gets it from the Chiefs and I’ve been waiting since last week,” he says.
