Kaizer Chiefs are reportedly keeping a close eye on one of the league’s top performers, and he isn’t disappointing at the moment!
Stellenbosch FC striker Iqraam Rayners has reportedly caught the attention of the Glamour Boys.
Since returning to Stellenbosch FC, the attacker has been in scintillating form!
Rayners has nine goals in nine games so far for Steve Barker’s side.
The 27-year-old attacker took his game to the next level on Saturday night after grabbing TWO goals and an assist against Maritzburg United.
Rayners is doing his reputation no harm at all and could soon find himself in the colours of a ‘bigger team’ if he continues with this form.
WHY KAIZER CHIEFS TARGET LEFT ‘JOBURG’ CLUB
Rayners abruptly left SuperSport United at the halfway mark of the ongoing season…
“I hear that statement, but for me, if a player is not happy he must go. That’s it. Why keep an unhappy player? No hard feelings, he wanted to leave and that was it.” – SuperSport United coach Gavin Hunt said as quoted by SowetanLive
