Report: Kaizer Chiefs Exploring the Possibility of Co-Coaches

Potential Dual Coaching Setup Under Consideration by Kaizer Chiefs for Upcoming Season.

The Amakhosi management at Kaizer Chiefs is actively considering the possibility of appointing two coaches jointly for the coming season, which is a fascinating development.

In order to maximize their coaching system and produce better outcomes on the field, the club management has become more open to the concept of having a dual coaching arrangement.

One notable attempt to implement this approach involved outreach to Molefi Ntseki earlier in the season. However, the efforts to secure Ntseki's services were met with a decline from the coach.

Despite this setback, the club remains undeterred and is continuing its search for a potential new coach to complement the retention of Arthur Zwane.

The decision to consider a dual coaching setup stems from a desire to leverage the unique strengths and expertise of multiple coaches, creating a harmonious blend of tactical acumen, strategic planning, and man-management skills.

By bringing in a new coach alongside the experienced Arthur Zwane, Kaizer Chiefs management envisions a dynamic coaching partnership that can drive the team's performance and enhance their prospects of success.

Furthermore, they tried to exercise this option earlier in the season but Ntseki turned them down.

“That’s true, they actually tried it with Molefi Ntseki and he refused. He was offered a senior coaching role where there are two coaches and he overseas, similarly to what they did with [Steve] Khompela. But he told them he is fine with the development structures,” A close confirmed on SoccerLaduma.

POTENTIAL COACHES TO JOIN ZWANE

It's interesting to note that Pitso Mosimane and Manqoba Mngqithi have emerged as two really strong candidates to work with Zwane in the effort to return Kaizer Chiefs to their former triumphant condition.

Both Mngqithi, who is now a free agent, and Mosimane, who has been linked to a possible exit from his current job, have the knowledge and experience to assist Zwane's initiatives and help Amakhosi recapture its former glory.
