CHIEFS CAPTAIN KHUNE’S CONTRACT EXPIRING – FUTURE TO BE DECIDED!
Khune’s Chiefs contract is coming to end with his current deal ending in June 2023.
However, Amakhosi management are yet to make a decision on his future at Naturena, according to SoccerLaduma.
Khune returned to Amakhosi’s starting line-up earlier this season after Arthur Zwane decided to have faith is his captain.
Furthermore, it reaped rewards with Amakhosi winning three games in a row in the DStv Premiership with Khune in goal. Therefore, it is clear that he still has got it, despite hardly featuring for Chiefs in the better part of the last year.
However, he has been out injured for some time after limping off against Stellenbosch in the PSL.
