According to reports, a deal for striker Christian Saile Basomboli to join Kaizer Chiefs is about to be finalized.
Basomboli, a Zambian player for Nchanga Rangers, recently underwent a trial with Chiefs to see if he would fit in well with the team.
He just returned to Rangers, according to recent reports, but it was unclear if he had accomplished enough to merit a Chiefs offer.
The 22-year-old appears likely to come to South Africa to complete his contract with Chiefs, according to SABC Sport, after successful reinitiation of transfer talks between the two teams.
According to the publication, talks have apparently resumed since the brilliant kid now seems likely to reach a personal agreement with the Chiefs.
