Chiefs may lose nine players in January.

There is no doubt that Kaizer Chiefs will be a busy club during the January transfer window. Nine players who might quit Naturena are listed below.

Amakhosi will undoubtedly be a busy club in January as players are anticipated to transfer in both directions.

Their well-reported efforts to find additional strikers could harm their negotiating position and increase costs. They could counteract it, though, by removing a few top earners from their payroll.

The issue at hand is the big one. Njabulo Blom, 22, is increasingly likely to leave Amakhosi as long as he continues to refuse to sign a new deal with the team.

It's safe to argue that Khama Billiat's performance with the Chiefs hasn't been the best of his career. Billiat's strike ratio during his club career was by far the highest when he scored 47 goals in 140 games for Sundowns. For a player who mostly worked in wide areas or behind a traditional striker, 0.34 goals per game is a good goal-scoring rate.

Thabani Dube hasn't played a single minute for Amakhosi this season. Additionally, there are several players above him in the pecking order, making him likely to leave.

Eric Mathoho, a legit cult hero in Kaizer Chiefs circles, is also unlikely to be at Naturena in 2023-24. “Tower” is now 32 years old and Chiefs will be grateful to him for his legendary service.

HERE IS THE FULL LIST OF PLAYERS WHO COULD LEAVE KAIZER CHIEFS:

• Njabulo Blom
• Khama Billiat
• Eric Mathoho
• Thabani Dube
• Sabelo Radebe
• Happy Mashiane
• Cole Alexander
• Kamohelo Mahlatsi
• Phathushedzo Nange
